INGREDIENTS
Kodo millet 1 cup Water, 3 cup Chopped methi rice, 2 cup Onion, 1/2 cup Tomato, 1/2 cup Ginger, Garlic Paste, Green chilli 3, Curry Leaves 8, Salt bay leaf 1 Clove 2.
MAKING PROCESS 1
Wash Kodo millet rice and keep it aside. Chop all vegetables. Wash & Chop Methi leaves.
MAKING PROCESS 2
Heat a tea spoon of oil in a pressure cooker. Add the whole spices and fry for a minutes. Add curry leaves, chopped onions and fry.
MAKING PROCESS 3
Add green chillies and ginger garlic paste and fry for few minutes.
MAKING PROCESS 4
Add 3 cups of water and when comes to boil, add kodo millet rice, chopped methi leaves and cook 1 whistle in medium flame. serve hot with some raitha.
